Under prior presidential policy NIH created the Human Embryonic Stem Cell Registry, later renamed the Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Registry, to provide information on derivations of human pluripotent cells that have been eligible for federal funding. Sources for available embryonic cell lines are listed below. Information on embryonic cell lines that were never available has been archived.
